Coulthard to sell hotel

It is reported that David Coulthard is looking to sell his share of the five-star hotel Columbus in Monaco.

He currently co-owns the hotel with two other partners, Ken McCulloch and Peter Morris. British papers have reported that McCulloch has fallen out with Morris and the hotel looks set to be sold on the open market through property agent Christie & Co. It is estimated that the luxury hotel will sell for around $70 million.

Christie and Co will not confirm their valuation of the 181-roomed hotel however they have said that it is one of the very few independently-owned properties to come onto the market in Monaco.
