Schumacher had to resort to his dirty tactics and his cheating Benetton team with the B194 having launch control and traction control. It's a shame we can't ask the key witness to this discovery which was Senna when he stood trackside after being punted off at the Pacific GP.
1995 though I have no doubt Schumacher did deserve that title, Hill, Coulthard and the Williams team made some shocking blunders that year and bad calls on strategy.
"And Mansell was lucky not to be taken off by that RIDICULOUS bit of driving by Alliot!!" - James Hunt
"AAAAAND into the pitlane..... OHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!" - Murray Walker
Sorry I have to Disagree ( I'm Canadian and someone has to stick up for JV ) If he was so weak would he have pushed Schumi so hard, being that Schumi is one of the greatest of all time you would think that if he did suck so bad MS would not have had any issues with him. MS dispatched of DH with no issues and JV was in the same car. It's just like saying Hamilton is weak, He still beat all the other drivers and a far superior team. JV was never able to prove himself after his WDC because Williams fell off the map and then he went to BAR (no explanation needed).
What does remain Fact is He Beat Schumacher in a Ferrari, not to shabby. ( by the way I couldn't care less what the facts say because It's my turn to bury my head in the sand )
