I agree these kind of issue's are very difficult to handle for the fans, just because we can't judge this on an objective way.
Fact is that the result of Spa is not changing. I'm convinced this will motivate all Mclaren and Hamilton fans to support their team even more! I think, in a way, that's more dangerous than those extra points Lewis lost in Belgium.

Again, let's just enjoy the 4 races, beginning in Singapore. I know that's easy to say as a Ferrari -fan. But we all share the same passion, we all love the same sport, let's shake hands and hope we can watch Felipe and Massa racing and fighting for every single inch on the track !

Eddie just ignores alot of discrepancies and its easy to overlook them if you want to keep your head in the sand
he ignores the fact during the race McLaren did everything in their control to ensure they were not penalised by asking for clarification by the race director! they were not given the opportunity to tell Lewis you will be looked at after the race if you dont give back the position for the second time!

Eddie over looks the conduct of the FIA in regards to the Scott Andrews email falsifying statements in readiness for their inadmissible decision which with the email would say they had their mind made up in advance.

this whole saga just goes to show how sad F1 is and added to the fact this and every other F1 forum or site has more news and discussion on politics, a drivers quotes, a drivers ego and any other off track BS instead of things that actually should matter to a real fan of F1 and for racing for that matter!

Constructor title
McLaren 133
Ferrari 132

I was just about to say all of this as well. Eddie Jordan is a decent guy, but I'm afraid he's missed out on crucial pieces of information on this one.

And I root for my boy FM first, I'm only secondarily supporting a team, and yes, it's BMW Sauber.

Okay, That's what I meanth by objectivity ... I'm convinced Ferrari didn't bend anything, and you're convinced the FIA just hate Mclaren. Fair enough. My point is, what can we do about it ? When the FIA changed the rules in 2003, tifosi were complaining because they believed they did it to avoid another Ferrari -walk-over. I never shared that opinion, but what could I do about it ...? Nothing , right.

I know what you mean, but I didn't use irony in my message...a bit sad people are always seeking the negative side of a post.

I agree the FIA are a bunch of amateurs! That's the dangerous thing about a sport where the big money is the most important factor! It's all about the money ... decissions are made by prominent fat lazy businesspeople. Like I read some days ago...they should asign some ex-drivers etc.

McLaren is in no position to exploit as you well know. It is partly because of Max's paranoid hatred of ron dennis that the Fia are aligned to ferrari. So how is this exploitation by mcLaren to take place??
