I love indian food but from what i've heard westerners are best to avoid the local real indian cuisine, even locals who've lived in the west for some time have to be careful when they return. It's nothing to do with it being spicy but I think the water supplies.

I mostly avoid Indian food. As with Mexican and Chinese I consider it part of the poor men's cuisine and it doesn't appeal to me.


Now I feel sorry for you. There is nothing else that gets my mouth watering like the smell of indian cooking.
