Indian food is AWESOME. That is all. I've had the opportunity to eat home-made Indian food on more than one occasion, and it's heavenly stuff.

I love indian food but from what i've heard westerners are best to avoid the local real indian cuisine, even locals who've lived in the west for some time have to be careful when they return. It's nothing to do with it being spicy but I think the water supplies.

I heard much the same. It supposedly takes about about 12 years for someones guts to get used to the conditions there. That'll be a long 12 years.
