It'd be an interesting experiment for one race. But I doubt it would be a successful one.

Looking at the race in Barcelona. Race leader Webber overlapped everyone from 9th backwards. Now if he had to overtake half those cars on track, it would be a train. Not some exciting spectacle that creates overtakes like Hakkinen on Schuy at Spa. Fact is that overtaking is still much to difficult for front runners to overtake mid feilders without hastle.

Plus you got to think about it from another perspective. One person might overlap someone with an overtake, and then the person who was behind them on track is now stuck behind the same overlap-ee, creating a huge gap that isn't good racing.

I think it is a good idea, plus it would make people like Ferrari/Mercedes/Renault offer "alliances" cheaper to the smaller teams.

It will lead to more overtaking as well, not just the backmarkers but the leading cars might end up getting stacked up behind a slow car which could lead to all sorts of dan dare deperate moves.

Pinnacle of motorsport, people, pinnacle of motorsport. Do we really want to see race victories determined by the leaders tripping over some intransigent back marker? Noooooo.

Yep, pinnacle of motorsport-the guys should be able to overtake much slower cars. Im with Jab on this one.

If the cars rely mostly on mechanic grib like GT etc, sure...but when the cars are wholly and completely relying on aerodynamic grip....I can not agree.

Well yes. Aero grip makes it problematic to overtake at the best of times.Ok ..Tackle that first, then the flags.

Ok, I admit it....the massive blow to the head is what makes her so hot. Yes, she is a Lewis groupie and the thing she does to the blow up Lewis doll every morning is quite odd....but it's also kinda.....well...you'd just have to see the video.
