Do you think an F-Duct or even allowing a Flexible Rear wing would improve overtaking? I mean through high speed corners would it mean that you are creating less drag and dirty air, allowing the car behind to stay closer??

It may well increase overtaking but if you want to see overtaking watch another sport, there hasn't been overtaking in Formula One for 20 years. You watch Formula One to see the pinnacle racing.
I can't see that it could reduce overtaking, plus it gives us something more to argue about.
Fred c dobbs you know your s***!
Wide tyres, less aero reliant, smaller brakes ( bigger braking zones ) will see more overtaking in F1!

You forgot the Ferrari V12's
i want more overtaking but i dont want the prestige of the sport to die in the mean time. Teams need a bit of freedom, if u go restricting a whole bunch of things it will start to become similar to one make series
