The possibility of this has been mentioned before but it looks like the idea of 14 teams has recently been given more thought as Ecclestone has spoken with the prime minister of Serbia about the teams finances. I wouldn't really prefer them over any of the current teams, but if we could expand the grid a bit more I think it would be great. Their potential drivers are also impressive, would love to see any of those three back on the grid.

I think it has more to do with the fact that Bernie has seen the state of some of the other teams.

If it's a choice between a midfield team and two mediocre drivers or a backmarker and one potentially good driver, I'd choose the former. Campos have become a complete joke.

Absolutely. Competent teams win out over potentially good drivers. Let's face it, F1 2010 is not short of stories or hot shots.

Hardly. Even in his years at Toyota, Ralf managed to score 70 points. He's capable of running a car in the mid-field.

Hardly. Even in his years at Toyota, Ralf managed to score 70 points. He's capable of running a car in the mid-field.

He was also just as capable of running it at the back as well, especially in his last season.

They are either blind or plan to order him to trip over leaders when they come up to lap him.

A bad car is a bad car, which is more than likely what Campos' car will be.

Here's what i don't get - why would Toyota be so keen to get Nakajima in that car? I don't see what they'd have to gain from it at all.

I imagine they likely have the same pressure as Honda did with Sato from the Japanese public.

As far as I'm aware they are still Toyota employees. I could be wrong about that, though, now that you say that :/
