As this season has been a story of car innovations and top teams trying to beat each other with new tricks and tweaks on their car, Red Bull has come out on top and seems like there's no one stopping them. Next season the biggest difference might be the ban of diffusers, even though I'm a newbie on technical side but my understanding is that this will make the cars simpler, not so complex as so much of the car depends on the diffuser? I've also heard diffusers make it harder to get into one's slipstream, but what are the other big changes for next season and what do you expect from it? Will we see closer racing ?
I'm not here to cross out Ferrari and McLaren for this season but let's be honest it hasn't been a great one as qualifying sessions are rarely interesting and the expectations were so high before the start of the season. Maybe we can set our expectations right for next season.
