- 04 Mar 08, 18:14#34695BBC. You would get to the see the races uninterrupted, making the race more enjoyable and provide longer pre-Grand Prix build-ups, and would be free. Eurosport and Sky would mean you have to pay for an inferior service: Eurosport's commentators are boring and their analysis non-existent, Sky's would not be a lot better, and you would face the annoyance of breaks.
Formula One could have its own channel, but only if showed some past Grands Prix and testing footage. Having a Grand Prix every other week would not be enough to justify a channel, for stuff would just get repeated constantly. If a channel were to be formed, I would still like to see Formula One on terrestrial television.
Overall, I am happy to see the race for free. If I want to watch it again I will have it taped, and anything the channel fails to cover, I could read up about online.
