where do you get the $200m dollar figure from? i see nothing in that article that says they will be fined that amount. and should they be fined that much if it will put them out of business?

And in addition, lose all points from 06 and 07 too, along with everything commensurate with those points. At the minimum.

Sorry - I'm being mis-understood slightly - a precedent has been set with the Mclaren fiasco that leaves drivers points intact. I was referring to constructors points, in line with previous decisions

Make an example of them, disqualify them from F1 permanently, the cheating will stop...
I wonder if there are any regrets within the FIA about that McLaren decision now?
