A racing car that does not win, is just art
I was on the throne, surveying my Kingdom when a thought came to me.
Is there a correlation between how much of a character a team principle is compared to team performance.
When you think of Ron, Frank, Christian (Newey), Eric, Nikki, Toto, Paddy.
Or if you go further back Enzo, Flavio, Ross, Colin, Ken.
You know who I mean just by using there 1st name. The only exception I can think of is Eddie Jordan. The are all characters and there various teams have done well. Compared to some teams currently in the grid that are faceless and do not seem to be doing well. I am thinking Sauber, Toro Rosso, Caterham, Marussia, Force India. I am pretty sure I would walk past there team principles on the street and not know them.
