Hello people,
I have a couple of questions that I can't seem to find any answer to. In hope of getting some response from enlightened F1 fans, I post here
1. Is the T on top of the cars a safety precaution if the car lands top-down? I assume that the onboard camera (aka. t-cam?) is incorporated in this area somehow aswell?
2. I've noticed that some of the teams have fitted "extruded nostrils" on the nose cone of the cars. What purpose does this serve? I've noticed it on the RB, HRT and Williams cars so far. You can see what I'm refering to in picture two from this link: http://www.formula1.com/news/features/2011/7/12383.html
Thanks in advance.
