I guess he really wants to beat McLaren's 1988 record of 15/16 race wins. He probably thought he was going to do it in 92 until McLaren and Schuey spoiled the party.

The biggest problem with Newey's argument is that 2010 has demonstrated the Renault engine to be more "driveable" and "tractable" ot of slower corners....this means to me that the Renault engine produces more lower-end power at the expense of high end power like the Mercedes unit
