I really hope they are, but what would be the point? None of the big teams are going to write them off, and either way, its just dangerous not to test the car to its full potential. By double bluffing, do they think that Ferrari are not going to develop the car further - seeing as McLaren don't seem to be competitive? No, of course they aren't.
If they are double bluffing, its just plain stupidity. There are absolutely no positives to it at all. Sandbagging in general is just rubbish. It would probably be better if they showed there full pace - just to put "fear" into the other teams (ala BRAWN GP. I'm loving how everyone is like "oh no, no we can't reach that pace"
