Well, I've been watching the 500, and its not that entertaining. The thing that ticks me off are the freakin sponsors. If you think F1 is over commercialized, watch a nascar race. :eek: Well I'll just say that nascar is not 'my cup of tea.'

Did Montoya do anything today? :P


Well I only watched for like the first hour, but when I was watching it, he was up as far as 3rd. I think he's starting to get a hang of it now.

Saw the last ten laps or so... i think there were two crashes... and Jeff Gordon won by a very small margin. I think the most interesting thing about NASCAR is how close the guys race. But then again... they're basically going straight :yawn:

Hey, I'm a race fan.


So am I. I enjoy all sorts of races... except NASCAR.

When I watch forty or so stock cars making their laps around a giant paved oval arbitrarily shuffling positions, I feel like I'm watching one of those duck "games" I see at carnivals. (See image below.)
