Normally id wait to judge but this circuit has procession race written all over it. I hope am wrong

Mike_el is expressing my doubts very nicely. What's happened to sweeping curves etc. Just a straight, sharp turn then another straight, hairpin and onto another straight. It could go underneath a tank filled with sharks and have pyrotechnic explosions at track side every 5 minutesfor all I care, it just fills me with apathy. It would just be a "unique" gimmick to gloss over fundamental flaws in the design. Instanbul/Sepang are about his best effort, IMO. And even then they are hardly classics.

Let someone else have a crack.
