Both Renault drivers have just been re-signed. Alonso for 2 years and Piquet for 1 year. I think Renault are going to see how he does next year and then decide if he's good enough.

i only just really realised how well renault did in the last part of the season, fernando beat heidfeld in the championship

If you take the best row of 6 races from every driver, and add their points, if my calcualtions are correct Alonso's string at end of season is only bettered by a run by Massa and Hamilton.

And Piquet is one of the worst wet weather drivers I've ever seen, I though Massa was bad at Silverstone but Piquet has crashed out in practically every wet race.

Wet race, I just thought all races.
