At the moment, Ferrari are getting preferential treatment and their competitors are getting the s*** end of the stick. McLaren suffer all the more because of the grudge between Max Mosley and Ron Dennis and because McLaren aren't the greatest fans of the current Concorde Agreement. In around about 1997, the Concorde Agreement was up for renewal, Tyrell, Williams and McLaren weren't happy, so the three of them got dished out odd penalties and what have you. At the minute, things are going according to plan for the FIA and Ecclestone: Formula One is competitive, so the viewing figures are good, but Ferrari are still coming out on top. So, not a lot better than WWE. When Jean-Marie Balestre was running the show, all-things French got special treatment, i.e. Renault and Prost, so we had the farcical ends to the 1989 and '90s seasons as a result. Balestre was also the one who stirred up the FISA-FOCA War. Balestre's own career as top dog at (the now defunct FISA) and the FIA was brought about by a dirty political situation, supplanted by Mosley. The FIA has always been corrupt and Formula One has always been about business, certainly since Ecclestone took control of the sport, but things have just gone from tolerable to darn right ridiculous in recent times.

Maybe the problem is Lewis Hamilton. Ditch him for say Kubica or Vettel and you'll probably find better luck for McLaren. Mosley is racist. Besides personally I think Lewis Hamilton's attitude sucks. If another driver were doing better at McLaren, it wouldn't be as bad, even though I wouldn't prefer McLaren to win period.

you my kind a person AKR tell it like it is !!!! the nuts on pole for tomorrow with no fuel i guess. but you guys please do us all a favour. drop the racist stuff. I think we should really keep it out of the conversation cos there lots people out there that actually believe we against him bcoz of it. from my side - not at all. his attitude and driving antics sucks. the fact that he is in a german merc mclaren sucks even more.

I don't think the racist stuff needs dropping at all. Max was told it is perfectly fine to dress up as a Nazi and sleep with whores whilst being a high profile controller of a top international sport. I know and you know what Nazi's are all about, so NO let's not drop the racist stuff. If everybody is happy for him to conduct himself like that, then I am perfectly happy discussing it. If you can give me another reason for the Massa/Bordais incident other than blatent corruption and very probably racism, then crack on because I can make no sense of it whatsoever.

Tony, maybe you're niaive, maybe uneducated, maybe just in denail. As for Kiki...

There is plenty of blatant history surrounding all this. It's not about the FIA and Massa, (do you think you'd post the same thread if he still drove for Sauber?)it's about the teams, the politics and the money. Max has gone on record saying that he feels that Ferrari deserve a bigger slice because their history in the sport.

That is just Mosley's excuse. In the end he doesn't want Lewis Hamilton to win because Mosley is racist and 2 he doesn't like Ron Dennis. He can't actually go out and say that however as he wont last long in his position. He is lucky to still be there right now. So of course he'll go and say stuff like Ferrari deserve the bigger slice as a cover up.

"Massa favoured by the FIA???"

Well Donnelly doesn't seem to think so and his proof is that Ferrari have been given penalties too.

http://www.itv-f1.com/news_article.aspx?id=44337

"You just need one example to debunk that theory: At Monaco the stewards noticed that on [Kimi] Raikkonen's F2008 the wheels had not been fitted before the three-minute mark as required by the regulations."

How Donnelly can defend the poor decisions that have benefitted Massa by comparing them to the clear cut penalties that Ferrari have been handed (as well as some that weren't handed out) is beyond me so sorry Donnelly but that doesn't debunk anything.

No I will not keep my views off this forum, and why am I being racist? Is it against the law, or even the rules of this forum to discuss racism? I think not. Perhaps to be racist, but not to discuss racism. Your interpretation of the rule books is as good as the FIA stewards chap.

I am entitled to my opinion and when decisions like the Bordais/Massa incident or the Kimi/Hamilton incident are made by the stewards, it naturally leads people with brains to the opinion that the sport is corrupt or perhaps someone within the sport has an agenda. So I will keep making my views and as I am not being racist, I am sure the mods and everybody with an opinion will respect mine.

What! He hasn't been racist. He's only commenting on somebody else's racism!

Donnelly is a politician, just like the man whose right at which he sits. He can can screw himself. His opinions are worth nothing.

akr ----------- i love you. Big ron if your nic here make you feel that way .......... good for you. ok so i am on a high at the moment but only on pure beer. go check out windhoeks site.... real good stuff. the good part is that it dont make me lose my mind. you appear to have a prob with things i say or the way i handle stuff. let me tell you some. the reason i deal with so many things in F1 so easily is cos i couldnt care two sh**ts about its unnecessary politics and that goes for the lot of you that feel you need to make a point so that somebody else may notice. the socalled fact that max imay be racist or some nut in the fia felt that he could done a bit better in that department - really not my business. it bothers you cos it gives you some to noise about. the world dont really care about it. thats his personal crap .... just like clinton --- thats his own s***.... dont affect the country. we all do it.
ok so now that i went so far from the real issue i wish to get back to what really matters to me.......... and thats the fact that Massa needs to win in china.
I fish when i am bored sometimes - other times i throw a line to get a bite. always intent on keeping you guessing;. but still .... I am here bcos you guys are here

I feel fine, my teams driver got a dominant win. It's just when you said "that dumb guy puts it in the wall" i assumed you were talking about Massa?

And Mclaren didn't steal any documents one of your old engineers brought them to us, no parts of the F2007 or F2008 have been found on the Mclaren.

So stop chatting son.
