No matter who wins the title, in any year, someone else probably had points removed at some point in the season that put the math in his favour. This is no different. If he gets it he gets it, and he's just about as deserving as whomever else has won it before. When you enter the title race you accept these possibilities.
It's not really much of a championship anyway, since it's solely based on number of points. Doesn't really tell you who's best, especially if your teammate spends the season moving over and blocking for you. Math is irrelevant.

Bring back the most win's criteria imho.

Good. Because for the good of the sport we have to put this to the back of our minds. Bring it back up at the end of the season.

Actually if you would have taken the time to pay more attention to the OVERALL consensus of the forum, only a FEW are disagreeing with you, even I have said on numerous occasion's Lewis deserved the win.

I don't think anything is clear mate & facts can be looked at from various angles.
There is always two sides to any story.
Do your views hold more weight than anyone elses.
Does a McLaren Fans view have more integrity & honor than a Ferrari fans view.
