I was very unamused when Schumacher got away with ramming into Damon Hill at Adelaide 1994
I was very unamused when the FIA stuck their noses in Michelin's affairs in the later half of 2003 and were responsible for the Indy 2005 debavle.

This is the best club ever.

The FIA are unadulterated scum. They screwed Senna out of 1989 drivers' title, attempted to screw him out of 1990 drivers' title, didn't carry out their threats in 1994 to punish teams who were using traction control, allowed Schumacher to get away with a ridiculous stunt at Adelaide in 1994, tried to stop McLaren from winning the titles in 1998, robbed McLaren of the constructors' title in 1999, did over Michelin-running teams in 2003, completely mishandled the tyre catastrophe at the 2005 US Grand Prix, attempted to screw Renault out of 2006 titles, unfairly treated McLaren in 2007 and are doing it again in 2007. Burn in hell, scum!

didn't carry out their threats in 1994 to punish teams who were using traction control,

"We discovered Traction control on the Benetton but have no evidence of its use."

Yes there was, Senna stood by the track after getting nerfed off at the start of the Pacific GP in 1994 and he could clearly hear traction control on Schumacher's Benetton.

I suppose the FIA wouldn't listen to Senna unless the evidence was recorded, signed in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public enquiry, lost again and finally buried in soft peat for 3 months and recycled as firelighters.

Even somebody who was deaf and blind would have been able to tell there was traction control on the B194. If you watch onboard footage of the car, you can hear it and if you watch normal television pictures of the car exiting slow-speed corners, the traction it gets is superior to the other front-running cars. The thing that I had to laugh about was why the software was there and why was it hidden? According to various teams, it only took them two or three days to remove the software from their cars' control units, so Benetton could easily have done the same. The car had traction control and most probably launch control. That Senna was able to compete with the B194 with his woeful Williams FW16 is testament to his genius.
