Are we talking about the same guy? To me, he's one of the most determined, talented drivers in F1. Just because he's had a few off races of late, he's being written off by everybody.
As for Alonso: Massa and he do not like each other (remember the shouting match last year and the blocking in 2006?). Alonso will want to be #1 and Massa will not want that. Kimi is being paid zillions and even Ferrari can't afford to pay both their drivers the type of money that Alonso will want.
Alonso needs to do what MS did: join a team with potential and build it up around himself. Ferrari were nowhere when MS left Benetton (who had just won 2 championships) and they continued to be nowhere for 2 seasons before Todt, Brawn, Byrne and co got it together. Alonso's bbest bet is either to stay at Renault (if they can afford him) or more to Honda and hope that Ross Brawn can pull another bunny out of a beret.
ive never really liked KR, always thought he doesnt really care about the racing more the money, he has great talent but hes not like MS, FA, LH who always want to winEh? He hounded MS to the Wire in 2003 and Alonso in 2005 (robbed by crap reliability) and came back from 26 points behind to take the WDC last year (without Massa's help, until the very last race) and he had reliability issues last year and you say he doesn't want to win.
