Williams are looking good here, a good result this weekend should cheer Nico up.
Perhaps not. I'm really surprised at how poor Williams have been after such promise over winter testing.
Hammy seems to just pull out an incredible lap with only minutes to go.
Yeah, that's definitely something he's extremely good at. Senna-esque, you might say.

I have to say Vettel impresses me this weekend.
He's been great this weekend, and brilliant in the last few races since the new car came along. Bourdais is now looking very average. He needs to get his act together quickly or he will be out on his ear. Rumours are that Gerhard Berger isn't too chuffed with him.
Ok, so it's Lewis on pole after all, Felipe couldn't make it.
Hamilton's lap was absolutely fantastic, possibly his best pole position yet. The McLaren's tyre ware is slightly higher than Ferrari's, which meant that the McLarens were losing some time in the Stadium section of the track. Hamilton, intelligently, went a little easier in the first part of the lap to help the save the tyres for the Stadium section - the key part of the lap.
Question is, will McLaren finally score a 1-2 victory, because they have a pretty good starting position.
A McLaren 1-2 is not a certainty by any means. A lot depends on exactly how much fuel Massa has on board. I'd guess he's pretty heavy, for he and Ferrari no doubt thought that they had pole position in the bag. (although this is not what Massa normally does. Usually he runs lighter on the fuel to guarantee a good grid position and control the race from the front.) I still think that the MP4-23 eats its tyres more than the F2008, so that will be a factor over the racing stints.
Likewise Tex I also am getting annoyed. It seems without the brains of Ross Brawn coupled with a Kimi who doesn't seem to care the team might as well hand the world title to Lewis. Ferrari are always strong at this track so it isn't the car that is the problem. Its lucky for us that BMW have seemed to dropped off the pace a bit
Correct. Massa's performance shows that the car is quick. Raikkonen just has not been able to set the car up properly and was completely overdriving in Q3. He did manage to calm himself down a little for his final run, but 6th position is unacceptable in a car as quick as the F2008 from a driver as talented as Raikkonen.
ive gotta say i am impressed with toyota, and trulli, that combo is consistantly in the top 10, so i say well done, butthey should be there with all that money!
Trulli did another great job again. His race pace has not been too bad either. He's definitely on for a good result tomorrow.
Kovalainen disappointed me a little bit this weekend. He struggled a little bit, sometimes overdriving the car. I thought he could have given Hamilton a run for his money this weekend. I'd say he has a lot more fuel in the car than Hamilton, however, so his qualifying run was not too bad. Kovalainen is also slightly kinder to his tyres than Hamilton, so he's still a big threat tomorrow.
Alonso did another super job in qualifying, although I think he will fade off in the race tomorrow. Piquet was made to look a right loser again, which is disappointing after his two or three good races.
