That's terrible, dinner by candlelight and having to find something to do and ways to keep warm :yikes:

Unless the heating's gas, but you could always shut that off and pretend it's electric.

No gas in the Alps except bottled...which fortunately runs the hob, everything else electric. Except a very efficient wood burning fire. So we were warm. And in the absence of gadgets played all sorts of silly games.

Hey, where are your latest holiday snaps?

Actually, I really want to see the Alps.

Nope, thats something i wasnt too bothered about though i was surprised it didnt have that option. Wanted passive 3D with low lag so went for the sony. It also lacks any type of motion smoothing, instead its got some stupid thing where it blanks the screen between frames but its rubbish. I hate the motion smoothing on movies anyway so not a big deal though its good for sports and stuff. 3D looks fantastic on it and gran turismo's in 3D :)

Typical pc world guy trying to sell me 'high quality' hdmi leads too

. Sorry wrong thread.

Um, today I ate lunch outside by a canal listening to water flow over rocks placed in a man made dam.
