After the agony of defeat, success will be sweet!My mom never made polenta! I was introduced to it when I was in my 20s;
but, have only had it with a tomatoe sauce made with sausages and lots of
Parmeggiano or grilled after it has "hardened/solidified"!
I know it's "only" cornmeal; but, it's a great tradition to have learnt about!!
What did you have for your dinner?

basmati rice, roasted vegetables and a baby romaine salad.
