You do realise that the person slowing both Rosberg AND Hamilton up was a Force India that Hamilton couldn't pass, they eventually got past him which made the Force India miss out on a second shot but yeah. Hamilton was at no fault what so ever. You've jumped to a massive conclusion thinking that Hamilton was purposely slowing Rosberg up.

Bear in mind Hamilton only made it by 2.5 seconds

I think the FI was behind them as they crossed the line that's why he didn't make another lap.

Because the Armco was very damaged and it needs yo be fixed. Anyone choosing to start on the harder compound just lost that advantage though.
