You do realise that the person slowing both Rosberg AND Hamilton up was a Force India that Hamilton couldn't pass, they eventually got past him which made the Force India miss out on a second shot but yeah. Hamilton was at no fault what so ever. You've jumped to a massive conclusion thinking that Hamilton was purposely slowing Rosberg up.

Bear in mind Hamilton only made it by 2.5 seconds

I think the FI was behind them as they crossed the line that's why he didn't make another lap.
