Sat in a bar in Italy watching quali :) cummonnn lewis put nico to bed!

Props to Nico, that's how you grab a well earned pole.

Rosberg has the momentum now with two qually's in a a row. Wouldn't have expected Hamilton to have any issue with Rosberg in Montreal, a track that Lewis owns.

Maybe Hamilton's performance is a bit off?

Yep he does. It's up to Lewis to grab it back as soon as he can.

Anyone else found it funny how Rosberg celebrated like he won the championship after pole in Monaco, and here he just walked away like nothing happened? :hehe:

Lewis lost a few hundreds and Nico had a perfect lap. Good determination and focus from Nico, but Nico needed that pole to have any chance at all tomorrow.
The race will be something else and even if they get to the pitstops with Nico in front I suspect Lewis will be able to make the alternate strategy work better. I think we will find out how good Nico really is tomorrow if he can keep Lewis behind on Lewis' track

game on!

I wonder if we will be told by the usual suspects that this is a boring championship chase, maybe Luca can remind us how much quicker the pole time was last year so we can watch the race with a negative outlook

Not really:
- Monaco is Rosberg's home town, so it must be special, from that perspective;
- they have both been "sternly spoken" to, reminded that they are teammates and that the team comes first; and,
- pole is much rather crucial in Monaco where passing is a bit more difficult.

:vomit: :vomit::vomit: DC talking about 2011 and Jenson greatest ever win. I guess people have short memories about what happened. Now talking about his sixth sense on tyre choice. I seriously am about to vomit!!

I have to go out in about half an hour, right in the middle if quali :banghead::banghead:

Hey come on, it was still a pretty exciting race though!

When the thick headed don't appreciate or like something at least they are smart enough to leave or stop watching

It's the clinical mentally dis functionals the sport need to advertising these facts to

You'd be surprised. I see quite a few idiots on other news sites commenting and b*tching away like whingers since Melbourne and still doing so. It's amazing how many dumb people there are in this world, and a few of them in power too. :hehe:

The Guardian website is very bad for that sort of stuff, and I dread to imagine what the Daily Mail forums are like! :hehe:
