Well done Roseberg for a fine run from pole to finish at that tricky track to retain a lead on, Monaco. And well done on the essential securing of pole, very cerebral!

Indeed!! If only hamilton had the presence of mind to set a better lap time at the beginning of the session like rosberg did....who knows what would have happened!!
He didn't account for normal monaco qualifying conditions. He had the presence of mind (or lack thereof) to select the best tactic for any other track, unlike rosberg, who promptly set the fastest lap of the session

And made sure no one was allowed to beat it.

Allegedly. Hamilton also allegedly had "something in [his] eye"

Geet, I know you're a bit rambunctious since you've had little to cheer for this year but you're coming off as a troll at the moment. Rosberg has had his fill of sloppy seconds and he's not done yet.
Lewis' time just in the first sector was 5 tenth's up on Rosberg's "fantastic" pole foresight pole. Sometimes I'd rather be lucky than good, is the theme for the weekend.
Unless fastest sectors are only taken from completed laps. I don't know.
