No, I certainly don't think Lewis is chasing anything but the title for his team and himself. However, I also know he will go flat out every race, I don't think he will slacken off once he knows the title is in his grasp. The records will come and, IMO, they will be well deserved. With a boring year of car performance and racing (IMO) it gives me something to enjoy watching.
Did anyone else notice the fuel use stats towards the end of the race? Lewis had like 3 points ahead of Nico - who said Lewis's driving style wasn't suited to conservation? What it shows is his ability to adapt and adjust, probably better than any other driver on the grid.

I'm ready to call it Lewis's title now and I think he has the chance to write some great records into the books in terms of consecutive wins.
I really don't like this notion of record collecting. It seemed to be Vettel's obsession, meaningless stats, collecting them at will like xbox on easy setting. They should be a by product of success not a motivation for it. And I know you weren't implying that, spanky, but the further into the season we go the more it'll get talked about, and it's a barometer of absolutely nothing, but people will prattle on regardless, trying to lend it weight and credence.
I'd really like to believe Hamilton's above that, or it's way down the list.
