Wouldn't be a sweeter victory if Ferrari won against Mclaren on a level playing field? Then Ferrari would truly be champions, better, winners, etc..Otherwise Mclaren fans will always retort with the comment that they were disadvantaged. I don't want RD to have an excuse as to why he lost. You wouldn't like the see Mclaren win if they cheated some how, wouldn't you?
There is a reason as to why last year Mclaren were not WCC. If they were truly innocent they would have appealed again and again, until they could no longer appeal, then appeal again.
I do enjoy being challenged BUT I do not enjoy McLaren winning. If the challenge were from say BMW, then by all means I do not want Ferrari getting any outside help if it mean the difference between winning and losing. But against McLaren if it is the only way to stop them from getting a title then help is welcome. McLaren this year is still the only challenger to Ferrari, even though BMW are showing signs. I do not want Max Mosley to go just yet as he might still be needed. Based on this reasoning Fren, I am not embarresed at all.
