Britain's motor racing body MSA (Motor Sports Association) has refused to declare a clear stance on the Max Mosley umpalumpa scandal.
In a statement issued on Friday, the authority said it will not be following the lead of some other countries' sporting authorities in voicing an opinion prior to the FIA meeting on June 3.
"The issues over the presidency are matters that should, and will, be resolved by member clubs under the Statutes of the FIA," it read.
In future, their views should be completely disregarded in motorsport on moral issues if they think it's acceptable to behave as Mosley has done.

Oh silly boy - that's what you get for not READING other people's posts. I like many things British or Irish. Just for starters, I've mentioned, e.g. Guinness, Ricky Hatton, Joe Calzaghe, Lenox Lewis, Eddie Irvine, Beamish, Ross Brawn, Richard Dawkins, Spitting Image, Monty Pythons, Eddie Izzard, Mr. Bean, many, many British actors and singers such as Kate Bush, Pink Floyd, The Cure, The Police, The Sisters of Mercy - oh, c'mon, I give up, too many to list.
