Wonder who will be next to support him? A criminal mastermind? A dodgy corrupt country? Bin Laden?

Britain's motor racing body MSA (Motor Sports Association) has refused to declare a clear stance on the Max Mosley umpalumpa scandal.

In a statement issued on Friday, the authority said it will not be following the lead of some other countries' sporting authorities in voicing an opinion prior to the FIA meeting on June 3.

"The issues over the presidency are matters that should, and will, be resolved by member clubs under the Statutes of the FIA," it read.

In future, their views should be completely disregarded in motorsport on moral issues if they think it's acceptable to behave as Mosley has done.

DD you hate everything British dont you, in the 8 years ive known you ive never seen you say a good thing about English Socttish or Welsh.... even Irish for that matter

As much as I want Mosely out, this wouldn't be the reason, or would it? Is he married and therefor committed adultery? If so, I'm not sure that has anything to do with your job. If he's not married, then he did nothing wrong. Is prostitution legal in the country where this occurred? If so, then he did nothing wrong. If not, he should be charged by the cops. Whether it should have a bearing on the job depends on the job. If you're a garbage man I would say no, but I suppose in a position of trust as he has in the high profile environment that it is, it probably should. Same goes for any Nazi activity. In privacy I suppose it's legal to be Nazi even though such hatred is horrible, but in his job it's important to the organization to be squeeky clean or appear so. But he claims there was no Nazi acting and it was fabricated by the press. Who knows which side is lying? Also, should the members of the press involved not be charged with some kind of peeping or privacy violation or something?

Yes Max is an adulterer and regardless if he was 'setup' it was his own personal choice to take place in that disgusting act. When I make it to 'the island' I'll kiss Jimmy Clark's headstone and piss on Max's  !

Oh silly boy - that's what you get for not READING other people's posts. I like many things British or Irish. Just for starters, I've mentioned, e.g. Guinness, Ricky Hatton, Joe Calzaghe, Lenox Lewis, Eddie Irvine, Beamish, Ross Brawn, Richard Dawkins, Spitting Image, Monty Pythons, Eddie Izzard, Mr. Bean, many, many British actors and singers such as Kate Bush, Pink Floyd, The Cure, The Police, The Sisters of Mercy - oh, c'mon, I give up, too many to list.

The UAE motorsport governing body has expressed support for Mosely and called for him to remain as Fuhrer of FIA. This is a country that imposes fines for organisations and employees of organisations engaged in human trafficking. Fines for gods sake. The worry for me is that the money states and organisations may begin to trickle in support for Max as we get nearer to the hearing.
Write/email your local/national governing body expressing your views regarding Mosely, at least you'l have made some kind of stand. NZ has already stated it's opinion but I see the UK has decided on silence for now. Whats the Italian, American, South American stance?

The Italian stance will most likely be basced on the Ferrari stance given that as far as F1 is concerned, Ferrari is it for most Italians. If Ferrari suports Mosley which is highly probable then there is your answer. Regrding South America they will probably do what Italy does, well Argentina would most likely as the 2 a very similar culturealy and in their ways of thinking. Almost half the ancestory of Argentina is Italian, the almost other half Spanish, Spanish and Italian again very similar culture and way of thinking meaning Spain probably will support Mosley too if Ferrari does. America as in the USA i do not know though. Lets wait and see at this outcome anyway as nothing is certain that is for sure.

Again I ask, why do you think Italy would support Mosely, what would be thier reasoning?

He's implying the FIA/Ferrari conspiracy which some people see intent on believing in

Its is a SHE!!! thankyou very much.

And you are right I am implying the FIA/Ferrari conspiracy which I believe is true just like the McLaren supporters do but in my case I do not care as it favours my team. Italy would therefore support Mosley as if they do not, they would be going against Ferrari. There is your answer Fren.

You do realise it's supposed to be a SPORT dont you? Why not just have a Ferrari series if all you want is a Ferrari win. Does it not take something away for you when the bias and rule changes make it difficult for your team to be challenged on a fair and eqitable basis? Dont you miss the joy of winning because your the best not just the best buddy? Arnt you embarresed  ?

I do enjoy being challenged BUT I do not enjoy McLaren winning. If the challenge were from say BMW, then by all means I do not want Ferrari getting any outside help if it mean the difference between winning and losing. But against McLaren if it is the only way to stop them from getting a title then help is welcome. McLaren this year is still the only challenger to Ferrari, even though BMW are showing signs. I do not want Max Mosley to go just yet as he might still be needed. Based on this reasoning Fren, I am not embarresed at all. :D

Save your breath AKR because, just as strongly as you feel about Ferrari, BOZO hate's them. I'll take alot of crap and I try respect BOZO'S opinion but it is apparent he does not respect our's by constantly referring to Ferrari as FIAT so why bother? Some people just like to hear their own voice's because it make's them feel superior  !
