I hate English football. I look at the fans and everyone is sat down with their flasks and replica shirts. Then you look at the fans abroad. So much colour, noise passion. I was watching Argentine football highlights at summat stupid like 4am this morning, and I just spent all the time looking at the crowd, the banners the colour, thousands of people bouncing up and down... Just looked amazing. Then in England you see the souless all seated stadiums where working class fans are priced out...football in this country is now so far away from the majority of the fans it makes you wonder why you bother.

There's a few team trying to do things differently in England, and York City is one of them. I'm part of an ultras group there. I understand the negative connotations that go with ultras especially abroad, but we try to keep away from some of the hooligan themes that plague the game abroad. Anyway, here's some videos if you're interested:

We're losing 1-0 to our enemies Wednesday at Home, I haven't gone to the game tonight because midweek games are too much of a pain in the arse to get to in time, especially in this day and age of rip-off fuel prices, this is almost worse than the last 2 races combined. :(

Finished 2-2 I hear, my housemate (a Leicester fan) was extremely pleased with the comeback considering Wednesday are their relegation rivals!

I hate Liverpool more and more and more. Cheating scousers they are! Against Arsenal, that was bollacks! (I'm starting to sound British now, all I need is the accent now *LOL*) The referee is a silly bloody sod! The first game Arsenal were denied a penalty and this second game when it was 2-2, The bloody Bindippers were given a penalty that wasn't! And even if it were, had Arsenal been given their penalty in the first game, they would of won 3-3 on aggregate. (This would of meant Arsenal wouldn't of gone all in attack in a desperate move to equalise and concede that last 4th Liverpool goal on the counter attack). Now the Scousing twats play Chelsea. Lets hope The Bindippers don't get more lucky and beat them too, one thing is that Chelsea is my team in the EPL, the second thing is that Liverpool would make the final and then there is the risk of them winning and that is a no no no. Please do not steal my hubcaps you scousing thieves!

Juventus do not cheat, the calciopoli so called scandal was nothing more than a scam itself and Juventus are innocent victims just like McLaren and Ron Dennis were in the F1 Spygate scandal of 2007. :D

It is called Adelaide United. They are doing quite well in te AFC Champions League so far as after 3 games played in their group and 3 more to go before the next round they are first on 7 points. The clubs you mentioned (Adelaide Crows and Port Adelaide Power) they are not football clubs, they are AFL clubs. (I know it may stand for Australian Football League, but real Australian football is that played in a league called the A-League and Adelaide United plays there). This AFL should be renamed to what my English friends call it. Names such as"Eggball" or "Foot-Handball" *LOL* Then you could call the league either the AEL or AFHL and save all the confusion between that and the real football which you commonly refer to by its incorrect name, soccer.

na what you call footall should be called "everything but your armsball  " or "foot&headball" softball is already taken but "wimpball" is available
But hey AKR the clubs you follow in Europe werent even around yet when guys here in Australia formed the codec for Australian football which is celebrating 150 years of existence this year and clubs Like Geelong FC and Melbourne FC make even some of the oldest English premier league clubs look young

for when in Rome do as the Romans do, when in Australia do as the Australians do.... so your football is called Soccer ;) haha deal with it! 8)

You are so wrong. You are like Liverpool supporters. You live in the past. Liverpool supporters always brag on how many EPL premierships they have won, and that they have more than others but the fact it is we are talking almost 20 years ago when they won their last one. The name soccer is a thing of the past. In Australia soccer is now offically called football and your eggball game is referred to as AFL. This is fact and not a typical arrogant statement that I would make. Let us see why shall we. The governing body of "soccer" in Australia is called "The Australian Football Federation". If you watch SBS and watch shows like the World Game, they always call it football and never soccer. If you get pay TV such as Foxtel, you will notice on the 3 Australian sports channel that "soccer" is non existent and is always called "football" and your Eggball game is called "AFL". This is all fact and you know it. In Australia it ws once called soccer. Now it is called football like it always should of been. Don't live in the past like the scousers from Liverpool. It's football so get it right. The A-League (Australia's premier football league) is growing bigger and bigger each year. There will come a time when it is bigger than AFL. Melbourne Victory already has over 22,000 members. (I being one of them). When they started a couple of years back they had less than 10,000. It is only a matter of time. You cannot stop the inevitable from happening. In Australia "soccer" is the real football, you need to deal with this reality. :D

Just becuase a few w**kers in the media have chosen to be tools and do that at foxtel is not an issue, SBS well thats for the immigrant populus so youd expect that, dont think i even have watched one minute of SBS to be honest!
I went to Melbourne and the papers there still call Australian Football Football, jsut as they do in Adelaide
you see we are in Australia so we dont need to add Australia on the front of it.... unless you think youre still in Europe..... which alot of immigrants do  bringing all their petty rivalrys here and causing trouble!!
see while SBS might call it football the Australian public do not, its soccer and always will be ;)
and wow Melbourne victory have 22k members, Melbourne city has 11 AFL clubs ten times the members, and the Grand Final gets 100K+ a year

soccer players get some nuts

Liverpool have never actually won the Premiership, it's Manchester United who always brag on about that, although you're also right saying they last won the title in the top division back in 1990 when it was called "Division One".

What a complete load of bias crap Bud. Really goes to show how threatened by football you AFL guys are. To start with Melbourne does not have 11 AFL clubs. It has 9. There is also 1 in a city called Geelong but that isn't Melbourne. It is however pointless to add all the clubs memebers together. It is like counting all the EPL football clubs members together and then comparing them with the say smaller Croatian league of football. It wouldn't be a fair stat that is for sure. You basically count that of the clubs individually and compare. And then even if you want to add them all up you only get these high numbers in Victoria. NSW only has one AFL club but has 3 A-League clubs. So whatever you want to say is crap. Queensland as well as only 1 AFL club. At the moment Queensland only has one A-League club as well but shortly it will also have 3 when Townsnsville FC and Gold Coast get added in. Remember the A-League, the future of football in Australia is growing. In fact mos people in Queensland and NSW hate AFL. The like Rugby which I must say is a better sport than AFL. The only problem is the idiots like calling rugby football as well. Well then they don't call AFL football then do they :). In England (which is the correct English) football is football and rugby is rugby. Simple. And I know it is a bit unsual for a Slavic-Italian person to like English things but I infact do. Anyway going back to your so many clubs for AFL in Melbourne. The only reason for this is because the AFL became the AFL from the VFL or for those who do not know the Victorian Football League and thus by default most of the clubs are from Victoria/Melbourne.

And you talk about the papers calling AFL football, thank God in Sydney they call Rugby football. Its is better than your stupid Eggball. The papers are basically owned by biased people who will never cede the fact that "Soccer" is the real football, but hey you cannot stop the inevitable. Infact unlike you lots of AFL fans follow "soccer" and love it. I believe at least half of the 22,000 Melbourne Victory members are Carlton FC (AFL) members too. And I guess if the people at Foxtel are "tools" I guess so are the adminstrators of most Australian News Websites that also refer "soccer" as Football and AFL as AFL. And your last comment of European bringing rivalries is as ignorant as your fact that you think AFL is the world in Australia. What trouble has ever been caused? I few little punch ons in the old NSL (National Soccer League) when Croatian based teams played Greek ones etc. Hardly happens in the state leagues where these teams play now. All a myth to me. :). And lastly the federations that run the state leagues also call it football and not soccer. Ie The Victorian Football Federation and the South Asutralian Football Federation just to name a few. Football as in soccer is the future of Australia. AFL will eventually be second rated to the real football even if it is 10 years away.
