Locks can be picked yet we still all just use a lock to secure our front door. Because it can be cracked, doesn't mean it will be. GSM networks have been shown to be vulnerable, yet we still all makes cell phone class without thinking twice.
If someone is really security conscious they're going to layer their security defenses and most enterprises use either 8 character pass codes or 6 character pass codes that require a number and a special character to unlock a device. You can guess someone's passcode by looking at the fingerprint smudges on the screen. You can do the same with the unlock swipe pattern.
My guess is that most companies will go with a dual factor authentication using both the fingerprint scan and a passcode.
