Well I have lost 5 Kilos, 3/4 of a stone
My aim is to get down another 5 within a few months, and work on upper body strength.
Was quite worried this morning as I stepped on the scales to find myself almost a full KIlo heavier
I'm constantly watching what I'm eating now!
Haven't had a fizzy drink in 2 weeks, and Chip shops are a thing of the past

Jogging does wonders, I've just come back from one (desperately need to go in the shower!) and I feel fitter than ever.

By all mean's yes you should because it's very difficult, even impossible, to get the daily required amount from the food's we consume. If you can afford it I would look into a nutrion drink and I used and support MetRx. It was invented by a cardiologist for his patient's and it's awesome.
