I imagine they won't get any at all and it will all be aimed at the first two. It's not particularly surprising.
Here's my dumb question of the day: Do the teams "really" have any say in how the rules get changed?

Yes.
Err, well. Some of them. There are representatives from six teams (Ferrari, McLaren, Red Bull Racing, Mercedes, Williams and Lotus (currently - this could change if one of the other four teams finishes higher in the championship next year)) in the Strategy Group, as well as a representative each from the FIA and CVC (both of which have six votes).
I'm glad that they said no to the mandatory stops, but not raising the minimum weight is kind of ridiculous.
They would just find smaller drivers so they could increase the weight of the car.
@cookin the number 1 when wining the championship is at the driver's discretion. They can keep their can number.
• Cost cap - We have heard many times about doing this. This time round the principle has been agreed? ok, and a date has been set? ok, and a committee is going to sit down and work out how to make it happen? yeah whatever, same o, same o
• Driver numbers - Sounds good, but hold on, so a driver has spent time and effort building up his brand around his number, then he wins the WDC and when his brand needs that number to be seen most, er hold on, its now a number 1, ok
• Double points for the last race - seems a bit cartoonish, why not have double points for certain circuits, like historic Monza and Silverstone, hell why not go the whole way and have double points for historic teams
