It's children on free dinners that also get free milk. All children get free fruit, that scheme was started with lottery money but is being continued. Prior to that we ( my foundation unit ) used to charge a small amount to the parents and go out and get fruit for them. I think other schools did similar.

That's a nice way of doing it. It's possibly only the schools and attached nurseries/ foundation classes that get it free from government.

On a similar note I did not go for that teachers scholarship. Because the money was unacceptable in training. And I dont really like kids that much

At my little ones nursey you get asked to bring fruit in for the whole class every so often

We have numerous "Tiny Tots" programmes that ask parents/guardians to help supervise once a month and to provide a nutritious snack for all that day.
Keeps salary expenses down, when you get volunteers and free snacks!!

This is so sweet and interesting! :D For me I still want to go and play at the playgrounds I know it would look so awkward but if I had a chance I would take it lol, like we have a playground around here and whenever i take my sister there I just climb on stuff sometimes. And when we get a new furniture some of them is covered with nylon and they have sort of bubbles on them,I just get it and pop all of the bubbles all the time  I think there might be some but I can think of these now :D
