Also I agree there is some engine/kers mapping or something but I don't believe that they wouldn't put it on Webber's car, just that it suits sebs driving style more.

Newey cars are tightly packaged

Seb is a different size to Webber

Optimising for 1 driver by definition means it works less well on the other

So you would expect more problems on the second choice package. And as you will know there can only be 1 WDC

Therefore why not have the second driver slower but with less problems instead of try perfect the 'trick' on both

Then we also know that when the car is not optimised for Seb he has been matched by Webber

Did you hear how Webber's car sounded in Singapore and how Vettel's car sounded?

We'll find out more in the months ahead. In 2014 the blown anything will be a thing of the past. (or at least I hope) but given this, I'm sure a lot of cars on the grid will be sounding quite differently while accelerating out of low and mid speed corners.

Teams have to pay the FiA a certain dollar amount for each WCC point scored. The amount is agreed upon at the begining of the season, and I'm not sure what's done with the money, but it's designed to make the high scoring teams pay more, perhaps putting that money towards some low scoring team's benefit?

The constructors' champions will have to pay a base $500,000 US plus $6000 US per point gained in the standings.

Every other team that wants to enter will have to pay the basic $500,000 US plus $5000 US per point.

This is entry fee for next year. So the numbers above are the cost of entering in 2014.

Sorry for the late reply, but one thing the TC (or whatever it is) deniers are also forgetting is that Vettel himself has even said they have something special that no one else does. This was included in the OP by spanky:

He was making it to be an obvious joke. However, it really reminded me of a couple of seasons ago when some accusations were put out about RB having ride height adjust-ability and they made the joke about pulling a secret lever. And then last season an illegal ride height adjuster was found when an official spotted one of the RB engineers manipulating it in parc ferme in Canada.

The best example of flaunting their 'against the spirit of the rules interpretation' is ofcourse the flapping wings.

I believe the drivers have the same for their super licence
