You got it wrong. It is the third time actually. They had arranged Webber's car to self-destruct in Silverstone too but the clever sod switched cars when everyone else was in the loo.

That explains so much about what happened in Italy. There he was trying to switch the gearbox cog by cog, but only got half-way before someone walked in. That's why both drivers had to short-shift in Monza.

Yes, now it makes total sense. Vettel really never has any reliability issues.
