YUM. The epoisse is one of those great cheeses of this world, a must try. Gorgeous orange washed rind that has an impossible flavor to cheese ratio.

Every time I've tried one it's varied in the amount of sweetness. Try it with spicy Thai, Vietnamese or Indian, it's a good pairing.
