It was very nice. Maybe you can sell it in your restaurant :-)

Nutella and marshmallows have no place near Cuban food! But we can work with fried plantains.

One for you WB! A little lunch time snack . Yummy Crevettes, and epoisse cheese, your favourite  and of course a nice chilled glass of local white to go with it. :)

Lady you must have been mother Teresa in a past life or something to enjoy that lifestyle! YUM. The epoisse is one of those great cheeses of this world, a must try. Gorgeous orange washed rind that has an impossible flavor to cheese ratio.

Hey RC, I tried some Gewürztraminer the other day, from Alsace. I believe you prefer drier whites, but this one was quite sweet, and I loved it! :cloud9:

I do prefer dry, maybe I should give some others a try. It's not just wine though, I don't like sweet soft drinks either. Generally I just have plain water or Perrier, sometimes fresh orange.

Yeah I doubt the Gewürztraminer would be your thing. But it's something different nonetheless.

Every time I've tried one it's varied in the amount of sweetness. Try it with spicy Thai, Vietnamese or Indian, it's a good pairing.

Should visit you one day RC, to taste the high life and all. Dish looks scrumptious.
