Sorry if this should be in another thread, but has anyone got a feeling of how next season's calendar would work?
I could see the following working. For now I'll assume there are 20 races Including NJ, but no Korea/India. Also going with the expected dates of Bahrain on March 2nd and Austria on July 6th.
1. Bahrain - March 2
2. Australia - March 16
3. Malaysia - March 30
4. China - April 6
5. Spain - April 27
6. Monaco - May 11
7. Canada - May 25
8. New Jersey - June 1
9. Britain - June 22
10. Austria - July 6
11. Germany - July 13
12. Hungary - July 27
13. Belgium - August 24
14. Italy - August 31
15. Russia - September 14
16. Singapore - September 28
17. Japan - October 5
18. Abu Dhabi - October 26
19. USA - November 9
20. Brazil - November 16
Personally, that calendar would work well. Only three 3 week breaks so that In-season tests can be held at Barcelona, Silverstone and Abu Dhabi. the 4th test could be held at Spa towards the end of the summer break.
