It was the council at their finest I'm afraid. They claimed that the markings are aimed at cyclists and insisted they are meant to be there despite that particular pavement not being a designated pedestrain and cycle path!
With the talk of wheels and rims in another thread I came across this!
Why? It just looks like it's broken like the suspension's collapsed, performance wise it is broken, and it must be a total nightmare and so stressful to drive anywhere.
Can anyone explain please.
