What do you think?
I like it! Racing is about winning, not finishing second consistently.
Constructors Championship would remain the same as present.
This would force teams to decide whether they wanted their drivers to push hard for wins and possibly crash in the process or be more conservative to insure maximum Constructors points.
Would the tifosi root for Ferrari or would they root for the Ferrari pilots?

Montezemolo made a similar point about the points/wins problem last year when Massa had won two races, and Hamilton none, and yet Hamilton was still leading the drivers' championship. Having said that, I don't think I want to see the points system messed around with.
