racechick wrote:I can never see the numbers, they might as well not be there.Yeah..same here, numbers are out of the question. Oh what they should have is like "LEWIS" and "NICO" on the sidepods, like what McLaren had with Mika and David during that badass West sponsorship period.

And when a shot of a Mercedes comes on that's over the head of the driver and you see the top of a yellow helmet, it's far easier for me to see yellow or black gloves.
In any case, the problem here is exacerbated by the fact that both Mercedes drivers have very similar helmets. Which is the reason for my original comment.
1Lemon wrote:Depends on the camera angle, if they use the T-CAM, it is obvious, but on some longer shots its less obvious, although I noticed the Mercede's ones better than others as they have the ring around it. Plus one of their numbers is single digit and the other is double digitLRW wrote:No, twas not sarcasm, I don't quite see how the numbers are less clear than a black or yellow T-BAR or someones gloves! What's Burning? wrote:I think that was a case of sarcasm not coming across too well on the interwebs.Oh.
