To top it all, I ended up having to help someone who's spent most of their shift sitting on their arse just 'cos I had a quiet day! I'm more than happy to help someone who is genuinely stuck but I'm not keen on helping someon who is behind by their own doing (yet again). And yet the brass never says anything!

I like to think that there are no complaints I must be doing a good job. One theory is that I'm doing such a good job that I'm one of the ones that they don't want to move into a promoted role as they'll lose a good worker. My feeling at the moment is that I'll stay put for the rest of this year whilst I'm put through a few courses and then look at other options thereafter.
