I wish I had a manual transmission in my car!! I hate when I'm getting on the freeway or hitting a turn way too fast and automatic shifts up and then my engine goes to 1.5k rpm when I need 3.5k
Not bad for a #2 driver

Auto's are just lazy!I've been driving manual cars ever since I got my full license, I just like it because you decide when you change gear unlike autos. but now i'm getting over it a bit and starting to consider a auto for my next car, well... whenever i can afford a new car anyway. perhaps also I can get one with the sequential option aswell

My Evo had a double plated ceramic clutch. That was a nightmare in traffic

Jabberwocky wrote:The trouble was that with that clutch it needed to be above 3000 rpm or it would stall. There was not slipping of the clutch either, it was off or on. traffic was Engine revving at 3k drop the clutch, foot back on the clutch after you had hit about 20mph in about 2 meters.Hey, when you get an Evo...it's not going to act like a Rolls.
outcome after half hour of sitting in traffic. Whiplash, deaf, and 1000's of miles taken from the life of the clutch
