I'm looking forward to finally having a true yard-stick for how good Rosberg really is! Assuming there is truly equal treatment (and I've got no reason to suspect otherwise), then people can finally make up their minds on him.
On the subject of Vettel, I think with his WDC this season and the margin he took it over Webber, that next season will (barring something wildly unforeseen) be Webber's last at Red Bull, and we can see Vettel against a new challenger in 2014. I'm really looking forward to that, as I'd like to see how Vettel handles someone new coming into the environment there, something he's not had to deal with yet. It could result in either frustration, or in him really stamping his legitimate authority on the team and dominating even more. Either way I'd find it fascinating.
Could get interesting then if both are close.
