Bernie certainly doesn't care as long as he gets his money.

If some of the drivers are good, there are some chances for them but certainly some drivers get more demand because of where they are from and the potential of getting sponsors from certain markets.

The only way to solve this problem would be to have more finances for teams dependent on results. That way it would be in the teams' best interests to get the best drivers that they can.
