You never saw if he properly made it out of the flooding reactor area!

You see him after that blaming himself for not fixing something.

Someone needs to watch the older Batman films. Heath Ledger just isn't in the same league as Jack Nicholson, though to be fair very few actors are.

Just say my name, you won't die.

And I've watched that movie already, as I'm intelligent enough to compare both jokers only if I've seen both in action. Nicholson did a solid job for that movie in particular, but Ledger's was easily better.

Didn't say I was speaking about you did I? There is no way on God's green earth that Heath Ledger is better then Jack Nicholson, who is one of the greatest actors to have ever lived.

Well that's yours and probably 3% of the world populations' opinion. Whenever you mention 'Joker' to anyone out there, no one's going to think of Nicholson.

I guess dying helped Heath Ledger given the wall to wall news coverage of his death.

The young 'uns ain't gonna know that! They barely know of Jack Nicholsons version of the Joker. :hehe:

Jacks joker was too much pantomime for me, it fitted with the rest of the movie but would have been ridiculous in Nolans batman and vice versa, Heath's joker wouldn't have fitted with the visual comic style of Burtons. Nicholson could probably have played a joker to suit but it would've had to be different from how he played it in Burtons. This argument doesn't really come down to which actor is better at playing the part, they both played the part to fit into the movie they were in.

Jack is funny and scary, in the same time. The new one is none of that.
